Ngorongoro Crater Lodge Restaurant (Route B144, Ngorongoro Conservation Area) — located at the southeast end of the Serengeti, this is a great place for ecologically conscious diners & guests. Both regional and international meals are available (even osso bucco). Vegetarians can order their own non-meat meals as well. 50% of the fresh food used for the meals served there is sourced from local farmers situated just outside of the conservation area and within 20 km of the lodge. The close proximity the Lodge’s local suppliers reduces its logistics carbon footprint.
